Waves and waves of laughter is a perfect sleeping pill

Oh yes, a whole bunch of people came to Volet's Resort today, and this day is awesome. Different heights of water, different kinds of slides, and different ways to have fun, even there were actually a few god-awful things. The temperature of the water was unpredictable (there's ice cold and moderately warm, you know), the lifeguards are annoying and the water smells like there was a chlorine leak. But in summary, our swimming trip was fun. The wavepool was exciting, too, because from 12 in the afternoon, there are waves (D-U-H) that can take you from the deepest part to the shallowest, and it lasts for 30 minutes and rests for the rest of the hour. The feeling of riding the waves which tosses and turns anything was exhilarating, and I found myself wishing for more. I survived even the 5ft water (I'm only 5'4, STFU. I can't normally stand on a 5ft pool without having my face submerged in water), and even learned how to swim deep to the pool floor (normally, I would give up since the sensation in my nose is painful). My yellow-and-blue goggles were lost in the 4ft-5ft-4ft pool (4ft at both sides, 5ft at the center) and we had to comb the whole area to find it. Some random guy found it, and he even said that "Nakita ko sa kakasisid." Grateful to that stranger, because my father will strangle me if I never found my goggles.

We all had some degree of burnt skin, but my sister's case was the worst O_______o. Her previous skin color, which I make fun of and says "Naku, wala nang iiitim yan!", was even darker than before. Her covered skin looked like it was fair! Steph had one bad case, too, and she's insecure about their review tomorrow (no, she didn't fail). I had a case too, but it's the case of the hiccups. I can't make it stop completely, and I had this feeling I was going to lose my lunch and breakfast. I guess that's what happens when you accidentally drank pool water for a few times (they're all accidents. No person in their right mind will want to drink pool water, JSYK). Some funny events happened, but I won't spill it, for the dignity of those people.

My sister had a crazy scheme of finding one-peso coins underwater. She found 5 .____________.;; I do admit I'm quite amazed. Who knew there were coins underwater? I have to mimic her next time xD

Looking forward to the next swimming trip.
